Awful Working Condition Offices
There seem to be many things out there that actually make an office a terrible place to work. It doesn't matter what the boss thinks of things, if you are getting enough complaints in you are going to have to change things around and if this does happen make sure that you are doing it! are there really things out there that can make offices a really bad place to work?
Staff
Sometimes you will be working in a place where the members of staff are just really interested in themselves and the job they have in theirserviced offices Mayfair. something like this leads to tension between the people working day to day and the management. if there is an issue that you have with someone working within the office make sure you do not sit there but you need to do something. if something like this is really getting to you then make sure you let someone who is higher up than them know. The Work Environment
Another big problem when it comes to working in an office is that the work environment can be really bad sometimes. For example if you are trying to concentrate on getting a report out and someone else from theoffice space comes in and keeps interrupting you or everyone else is being rather loud it can be very hard to work. Again you can actually just put some headphones on or simply ask people around you to quieten down for half an hour whilst you do something, most people will understand.
it is not always the office that makes it bad it is the people in there not doing something!

make sure its clean, and turn it off then unplug it after every use. dont press hard while straightening ur hair. just respect it (:

The Archivist of the United States to speak at Convocation (MIT)
To any history buff, David Ferriero, the 10th Archivist of the United States,
has an enviable position — literally. His office in the National Archives and
Records Administration is steps away from the country’s most valuable
documents, including the original Bill of Rights, the U.S. Constitution and
the Declaration of Independence. These Charters of Freedom each have long and
storied histories, not only in their crafting, but in their preservation: the
condition of each document is, in a way, evidence of the many efforts by
archivists to safeguard its original form through the centuries.
Ferriero, who will be giving the keynote address at MIT’s Next Century
Convocation this Sunday, says the Declaration of Independence in particular
owes part of its integrity to William Barton Rogers, the founder of MIT.
In 1880, Rogers, who was then president of the National Academy of Sciences,
was appointed by the Secretary of the Interior to head up a commission to
determine a course of action to restore the Declaration of Independence. The
original charter had become a crumbling manuscript, faded with age, the
signatures of some founding fathers almost illegible. There was talk of re-
inking: essentially tracing over faded ...
