Comparing Mobile Phones Before Deciding Which Is The Phone For You
When shopping for a phone online, one inevitably comes across sites that provide the opportunity to compare mobile phones and prices in order to facilitate a better and more rewarding transaction. Most people are often curious and interested to make a money-worth decision, since the parallel analysis reveals bad and good bits in different models.
One other way to compare mobile phones is to analyze the locked and unlocked versions and see which is more advantageous for you. Thus, a locked mobile phone you get from a certain service provider may often come together with an exclusive software that you wouldn't have available in the unlocked variant. Moreover, the price for the device is often twice reduced for such packages; the disadvantage is that you'd have to sign a two-year contract to benefit from the offer.
Then, it proves almost impossible to compare mobile phones technically if you have no professional training in the field. Most buyers are attracted by the look of the product and often forget about the functions that matter most. The paradoxical thing is that those mobile phones that look astonishing cost more than rather casual ones, although the features are identical or sometimes inferior for the good-looking ones. Pink mobile phones for instance will cost more than a black coloured mobile!
However, if you insist on the technical elements that differentiate between mobiles, then, you should check the quality of the display, the message creation mode, the features of the in-built camera, the ring tones, the extra setting options and so on. Some mobile users would go to such an extent in the attempt to compare mobile phones that they go into analyzing the weight, the type of batteries and the recyclability of the components.
Even it is justified to know what you pay money for, plenty of mobile users don't believe it is relevant to compare mobile phones and simply buy the one they are recommended or the model that appeals to their taste best. From this point of view, manufacturers know that the psychology of the buyer can be shaped and influenced by the first impression the product gives.
Whether you want to compare mobile phones or not, you'll definitely find a mobile to your taste, no matter if it is ultra-slim or regular, lightweight, clamshell, a simple bar or an ultra-modern touch screen device. The important thing is that you find it functional and a match to your purposes.
My dad got me a plain black phone. I put a flower sticker on it. Any ideas on how to spruce it up a bit?

Bummer Emily.
I've seen some phone decorating kits at places like Target. They were little rhinestones, etc that you can glue on the phone.
If you go to a fabric or craft store, They'll be able to set you up with all sorts of little glueable decorations AND they can show you a glue that won't hurt the plastic on you phone.
